How can I check the toner levels on my Kyocera device?

There are 2 methods of checking the toner levels on your Kyocera device.

1) Print a status page.

If you dont know how to print a status page, click here for instructions.

Once the status page is printed, you will see 4 toner gauges on the bottom r/h of the page.

2) View the levels on screen.

Colour Taskalfa Devices (Taskalfa 250ci, 300ci, 400ci, 500ci, 3050ci, 3550ci, 4550ci, 5550ci, 3051ci, 3551ci, 4551ci, 5551ci, 6551ci, 7551ci, 2552ci, 3252ci, 4052ci, 5052ci, 6052ci, 306ci, 355ci, 406ci)

Status/Job Cancel > Paper/Supplies.

Toner levels will display on the screen

Mono Taskalfa Devices (Taskalfa 3500i, 4500i, 5500i, 3501i, 4501i, 5501i, 3212i)

Status/Job Cancel > Paper/Supplies.

Toner levels will display on the screen

Smart Series devices (FS-C8020MFP, FS-C8025MFP, FS-C8520MFP, FS-C8525MFP, FS-6025MFP, FS-6030MFP, FS-6525MFP & FS-6530MFP)

Status/Job Cancel > scroll down until you find toner status > Toner Status.

Toner levels will display on the screen
