I can’t print from the computer to the printer.
If you are having trouble printing from your computer
1. Check the network cables - Are they plugged into both the wall and the printer you are tryign to print to? Are they loose? Is there any visible damage to the cable?
If everything looks okay
2. Turn the printer off at the main switch and leave off for 30 seconds. Turn back on.
If you still can’t print, contact your IT provider for further assistance.
