Health Check
During an IT Health Check we will identify

Planning
When planning a network upgrade or install, it is important to have a network plan identifying all aspects and objectives of the upgrade. We begin with a complete site audit followed by a tailored plan is then created to ensure the project runs smoothly. Thorough testing of the project is completed to identify any potential issues and rectify prior to implementation.
Implementation
To decrease downtime, implementation is typically delivered in multiple stages and outside the client businesses work hours. The implementation stage is organised and designed with the clients point of contact to be executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Technical Training & Support
Final stage is reviewing the roll out and providing remote and onsite support for the end users as needed with all new systems. Some training may be required if new systems have been implemented.
