IT Project Manager
Evolve is passionate about delivering seamless technology solutions to clients. We are growing our IT Department and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a diverse skillset to join us and assist with providing implementation and support of IT Infrastructure services to new and existing clients. You will be leveraging your expertise to increase and maintain the efficiency of our clients IT capability. This role is ideal for somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset who is proactive in thinking and identifying opportunities. No two-days are ever the same so if you enjoy thinking on your feet, being quick to adapt, and negotiating ways to deliver projects within scope/on time, then we want to hear from you. Duties & Responsibilities:
- End to end planning and management of IT project, define project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities
- Determining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation - both internal and third party
- Purchase resource requirement for project
- Work closely with clients to review, explore, and implement technology improvements to present solutions on various assignments including software/hardware improvements.
- Prepare, allocate and manage annual budgets and project resources
- Time/Cost estimating as part of scoping projects
- Documentation of all projects related processed
- Quality control - Identifying and mitigating potential risks of project
- Meeting agreed deadlines within project timeframes
- Leading and managing the teams' resources and workload
- Technical support to any and all internal IT Projects being rolled out across Evolve
- Ensure compliance with all related IT legislative requirements and data privacy principles
- Documenting records to identify issues, known errors and related procedures
- Ensure client satisfaction through post-project debrief with client

Professional Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent related discipline
- Minimum 3 years project management experience or exposure to project work in an adjacent role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016 / 2019)
- Knowledge of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices etc.) maintenance, supports, and deployment / rollouts
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Disaster Recovery Planning, Windows Virtual Desktop
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and deployments (e.g., MS Azure)
- Experience of supporting business applications (MS Office 365, MC Outlook, MS SharePoint, Video conference systems etc.)
- Experience in installation, configuration and management ofg network and servers including MS Windows servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access systems
Benefits of this role:
This appointment offers an industry competitive salary $100k to $110k gross P.A. plus great work life balance hours. Total salary package will be negotiated based on individual merits.

The preferred candidate will need to undergo a police check, hold already or be willing to secure a QLD Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card, and have authority to work in Australia. Must have QLD Manual Drivers Licence.
