Epson projectors have 3 options for adjusting the volume. Your PC sound bar, The Epson volume level found on your remote and the master volume dial on the optional Epson SP-02 speakers. All three need to be at the desired level. If you are still experiencing issues click here to log a job.

All Epson ultra-short interactive projectors have an ‘’i’’ on the end of the model number. Finger touch models have ‘’9’’ as a middle digit i.e. EB-695Wi.

If finger touch calibration is still out, from the Epson menu. Extended > Easy Interactive Function > Touch Calibration, and follow the on screen instructions.
