I can’t print from the computer to the copier.

If you are having trouble printing from your computer - Check the network cables, and follow the provided instructions. 

I have lines on my copies and scans but not on my prints

Lines on copies or scans? Try cleaning the slit glass with the supplied cleaning cloth. Follow the provided instructions.

My print device is printing white lines/blank lines.

If you are getting white or blank lines through your prints? Follow the provided instructions to do a laser scanner clean.

What brands of machines do you service?

We predominately work on Kyocera, Brother and Epson machines however we can assess a wide range of brands & products as our technicians have had training on many other office equipment products. 

What’s included in a general service?

We check the life of parts, jam counts, error codes, clean feed tyres, filters, the scanner glass, upgrade firmware and address any issues you may have experienced.

Do you have a guarantee on your work?

We pride ourselves on the service we offer. We guarantee our workmanship up to 30 days and major components on have a warranty of 90 days.

Is my machine under warranty?

Kyocera printers and MFPs have 2 year onsite warranty, Brother and Epson devices normally come with 1 year return to base warranty.

What are your labour charges?

Workshop Inspection $60. Onsite callouts depend on your location and if your machine is within its warranty period or not.

Why should I use genuine toner cartridges?

1 / For optimum performance. Toner particles of the incorrect size can lead to poor print quality with streaky grey background or ghosting on the page.

2 / Manufacturers of cheap ‘compatible’ cartridges do not participate in any environmental schemes in Australia. All their cartridges go to landfill.

What do I do with my empty toner cartridges?

Drop your empty/unused toners or full waste toners into Evolve at 37 Anderson St, Manunda!
