Who do you use for shipping?

We use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. Orders are shipped using Express Post, Registered Post or Courier.

How do I receive free shipping on my order?

All online orders over $100 qualifies to receive free shipping straight to your door. Australia wide!

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this stage we cannot offer international shipping.

What are your payment options?

Online shop orders can be paid by PayPal, either with a credit card or your PayPal login. If you require assistance please call 07 4080 2000

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, our online orders are able to be shipped to a P.O Box.

How can I cancel an order after checkout?

To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Click HERE for more information

How do I amend my order after check out? Can I add or remove items?

Once you have checked out the order is complete and unable to be amended. If you wish to cancel an item on your order click HERE for more information. To add to your order, please process another order and check out again. 

Can I get an urgent order?

At this stage you cannot request an urgent order, however orders will be provisioned and fulfilled within one business day or if received out of business hours then the next business day.

Do I receive a Tax Invoice with the delivery?

Tax invoices aren't included with the delivered goods. The tax invoice is sent via email twice for your records: 1/ With the ready to ship notification  2/ To the email address on record

Will I be charged GST?

Orders within Australia will incur a GST charge and this is added during purchase.

My delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?

All claims for shortages or claim of damaged goods can only be accepted if made within 2 working days from the date of delivery to you. Contact Evolve Equipment Management as soon as you receive a damaged order.
